We will reply you with the total payable amount include the relevant shipping charges.
What is the payment method?
You can make payment via Maybank2u internet banking, Interbank GIRO transfer or cash deposit to
our Maybank account. Once payment is made, please scan/snap a picture of the bank receipt as
proof of payment and email to us for verification and reference purpose.
If you are international customer (not Malaysia), we accept payment through Paypal.
What are your shipping options?
We work in partnership with Ta-Q-Bin and Poslaju to serve our customer best.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination.
We provide FREE shipping to whole Malaysia with total purchase of RM500 & above in single order.
* Peninsular Malaysia - By Ta-Q-Bin courier
(Only applicable to service coverage area of Ta-Q-Bin courier service)
* Sabah / Sarawak - By Sea Parcel of Pos Malaysia
(You can top up postage to use Air Parcel / Poslaju)
NOTE: Free shipping is not valid for any sale / promotional items.
When can my order be shipped?
The processing time is different for each item (especially with personalization), we will advise you of
the delivery schedule once we receive your order details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
When should I place order?
As wedding favors were sold in large quantities, order processing time may take few weeks
especially during wedding peak season. We suggest you to place order at least 2 months in
advance of your wedding date to avoid any disappointment.
Once you have confirmed and placed order, cancellation or change to other goods is not allowed.
Returns & Exchanges
Before sending out the items, we will thoroughly go through every single product to check for
defects and ensure it is packed safely and securely.
If there is any manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately for return and exchange
authorization within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please return the item to us in their original
unused condition and packaging within 7 days. The replacement will be made within 7 days of
receipt by our store. Any shipping charges arising from the return will be borne by the customers.
Any item(s) sent past the stipulated time period will not be eligible for exchanges.
Lovely Romance is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from
errors made by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the
appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
